They are completely changed with price and services, they are giving best price in shelving and freezer.
Never ever use them. I wouldn’t give any star if I could. My fridge was perfectly fine and I called them to do servicing. They charge me £300 and guess what it broke down next morning. Called them straight way they told me engineer will be at 10 o clock, No sign. Keep calling them. It 16.40 now. Does any one knows any decent company please let me know. I would never ever use them again.
Easycold have done my whole Shop fitting and was very impressive and professional. We changed the plan so many times and Omar was very patient and helpful with the planning. And this is our second Shop we have used there services as we were so impressed last time, would highly recommend for everyone, Looking forward to working with them in the future.
Very disappointed with the Poor Service. Freezer tripped all the electrics in the shop on Wednesday morning, no engineer until Thursday, chased up Thursday lunchtime to be told they can't make it and it will be Friday. Engineer arrived Friday late morning, having been told it would be first job. Needs new compressor it's only 4 months old. New Compressor to be fitted Saturday morning. Called company at 11am to be told they don't have one in stock and it will be Monday. No phone calls to inform me of delays, or change of days. I have had to do all the chasing. We await Monday.
Had to give one star just to post a review. These jokers are worse than useless and give useless a bad name, I ordered panama 3 fridges from them and was informed the day before installation that they didn’t have the units. I arranged another company to do the install and had the fridges installed in a week. These jokers then rang me 6 weeks after I had already had the job done to ask whether I still wanted the fridges. Avoid at all cost and save yourself the headache. Do many better companies out there
The fridges we bought from them broke down 20 times in a year and the products became garbage. and each time they charged a repair fee. and still the cabinets are broken. never choose them.
I strongly advise everyone don't buy anything with this company. Very poor customer service and poor quality products.THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY IS FAKE. I bought the cold room and freezer room from them. They sent three European mans to do the installations. Problems starts after one weeks used. Called the office and they said they will send the Enginer to fix. Enginer came and role that he can't do it on his own, it needs two people to do the work. He said all the problems he will report to the office and asked me to ring the office for another appointment. I rang the office in the next day morning, the man said he got the reports from the Enginer, he will arrange another appointment for me and requested me to wait for his call. Been waiting for couple of days, no one contacted me. I rang the office again, the man saying the same thing again. After argued with him, an appointment had been given. BUT YOU WILL NEVER EVER SEE ANYONE TURN UP ON THE DAY. AND THEY DONT CALL YOU TO GIVE YOU NOTICE UNTIL YOU CONTACT THEM. I chased them for more them 10 times. Until now, the problems still not fixed. SO, PEOPLE DONT BUY YOUR ELECTRONICS FROM THEM.
Easy Cold very easy company to use, very helpful staff Malik was a star. They even got the delivery out the next day which was a Saturday. very competitive on price. I would use them again. Thanks very much Easy cold

Excellent services and Staff , highly recommended, i have rung then to change the compressor , they come to my shop next day and changed the compressor , its been 3 months no problem with compressor , Great Service , on Time will do business again, Thank you Easy Cold
