I've used Eastwoods for years for home insurance and landlord's insurance. The service is always efficient and polite and prices are good. I've only made one claim, but I just handed it over to them and they dealt with the whole thing.

Unlike your first review I would say Eastwood's were particularly professional and extremely helpful. I just rang them for a house and contents quote which they did without any fuss. Despite being unable to better the quote I had already they remained professional and friendly; other larger insurance companies made me feel a nuisence when I did not accept their quotes and this was generally after being kept on hold for ridiculous lengths of time.

they are unhelpfull and too posh , rude stuck up, thats why i didnt give my business to them
