I’d like to say a big thank you for the care and consideration my mother in law has received as a new patient. I cannot recommend the surgery highly enough. The reception team couldn’t have done more to help and totally on the ball, the nurses have been super efficient and friendly and Dr Man has been a breath of fresh air in taking an interest in her as a person. Things are done when they say they’ll be - referrals are sent, appointments organised, excellent communication at all times and all done in a friendly manner. The organisation from start to finish has been exemplary. It’s made a stressful time so much easier to deal with, for her and for the family. Thank you.nMy husband and I both are registered at the practice too and have only great things to say about it.
I would like to mention the Diabetic Nurse Vanetta at Eastwick park Surgery Bookham. She is looking after me regarding my type 2 Diabetes.nShe is very thorough & writes all the notes up very well & in great detail with all my other medications.nI am very happy to continue with her at the surgery. Thank you.
This surgery has vastly improved since the fish went. I can't prove the water dwellers were having a negative impact but my experience is that the reception is now polite and helpful, doctors caring and compassionate, and website has come up to date with online appointment making and weekend care. Thank you
I'm 81 and have various conditions that make me a frequent user at this medical practice. I have found that the admin and nursing staff have never been other than polite and helpful. It does take longer these days to get a non urgent consultation with a doctor, but that's the same everywhere. If it is urgent then I've been given same day appointments when I phoned to request one.nI recommend this practice and am grateful for their outstanding support and care.
An amazing surgery, they are always helpful. I became seriously ill in May'23 until Oct'24 and they were there helping me every step of the way. Thank you for everything you do guys you are all great
