Guys be aware - these guys will charge you twice what is the price on the market. Their prices are incredibly high and all of a sudden you will find yourself paying twice what any other good electrician in London will charge. Highly recommend to skip this service and find another electrician who will do the same work quicker and much cheaper. I had to pay my price but best you wont do the same mistake as me

I used Eastway when I lost power to all the sockets in my flat. I spoke with Delroy and he was happy to try and help me over the phone. When we couldn't fix it over the phone he came out and resolved the issue within an hour. Would highly recommend their services.

Hired Eastway Electrical to rectify a ceiling fixture when the loop-in wiring had been mixed up after the ceiling rose had been changed. Despite this problem being known at the start (it was the purpose of the call out) after an hour up the ladder Delroy left taking payment for the hour saying that the problem would need "fault finding" and would cost more. At this point, Eastway Electrical had actually been at the property for an hour and so I didn't debate the charges, or indeed feel it necessary to leave negative feedback. However, after having paid for an hour and being right back where we started, the following day I endeavoured to try and solve the issue myself. In order to get a tiny bit of value for hour previously paid for and to get a better of idea where I would start, I contacted Delroy to enquire what he'd done the day before (i.e, locating the switch live wire etc). At this, he became quite defensive and rude and the conversation culminated with Delroy actually telling me to get a qualified electrician to solve the issue. I did take this advice and got a different electrician in who fixed the fault in half an hour and rewired a lamp for me with the rest of the time to spare. Like I said, not being able to fix the fault within the hour, did not warrant a bad review. However, the customer service and attitude afterwards was genuinely surprising and unpleasant. Maybe I was just unfortunate, and it was an off couple of days for the tradesman involved.

Responsive service, came quickly - at £90+VAT an hour ... Reconnected mains supply but the cause of the fault was not diagnosed within the first hour despite it clearly being a faulty water heater. An electrician at another firm quickly diagnosed the fault and came back to repair at a cheaper rate.

Eastway re-wired my flat, and were professional, friendly and reliable. The job was more complicated than we'd realised at first and ended up taking a lot more time but they stuck to their original quote and had no hesitation in popping back to sort out another small problem after the work was finished. Good local tradesman.
