What a change it makes to have a good doctors surgery! Easy to book an appointment at the reception for a week in advanced, unlike my old doctors surgery in Fishponds. Nurse was very helpful, professional and informative. Appointment wasn't rushed at all. The treatment room was spotless. Very pleased!

The nurse made me feel like I can get petrol because otherwise I need another day then because of the trading standard act on way back to my mums for food at like 15past I think.
Thanks they are dead in the water and I can regenerate my self and then they said i got bits of bone about.
Sure if you are able to do anything about it and might give me a list of the hanger after work today?

Was easy to register. Once that went through the next week I called to request an appointment and got one for a week later. Just went and was seen on time so it was nice not having to wait ages which has been the case at other places even with an appointment. The doctor was extremely nice and thorough plus she made me feel very comfortable and not at all rushed. Receptionist was good too. Happy this is my doctors now. Professional and friendly place.

Before moving in to the new building you used to be able to see the admin staff behind the counter.I found it extremely annoying that they would sit and ignore the ringing phones (not reception phones) whilst drinking tea/coffee until the caller hung up. Well i appears that those same staff may well have transferred to the new premises as getting any response from the call is pretty much the same. As for for the doctors/medical staff and front line operatives,no issues.

Its been my local surgery for the last 5 years. Friendly staff, good facilities, always been seen relatively quickly, easy to book an appointment.
