Welcome to our Private Hire Licensed Car Service. We are registered under Uttlesford and Essex County License We provide a 24 hour car service for pre booked customers. We take pride in giving an excellent service and treat everyone with professionalism and respect. We cater to people’s individual needs and requirements from business private hire to family functions. We also take pride in serving our local community with transport services around Great Dunmow’s surrounding amenities and neighbouring villages. All of our drivers are Enhanced CRB checked.

Excellent taxi company, I have been using them for just over ten years and they have never let me down. They always do their best to get a taxi to me as soon as possible when I need one. They are prompt with courteous friendly drivers and great value for money, in fact very cheap rates.

Great service always on time. The drivers are all very polite nicely dressed and very helpful. Would recommend this family run firm to all my friends and family.

Called asking for a quote from Colville Hall back to London - for a wedding in a couple of months. Got my quote, said “no worries” and got a reply of “I’m not worried”. Not sure why the chap needed to respond with sarcasm; perhaps he was having a bad day? Unfortunately this is one of only 2 taxi companies that Colville Hall have as a contact. Maybe they should look into suggesting other taxi companies. With a bit of competition I would imagine Easton Cars would be less sarcastic.

Excellent service since 1984. Efficient when I have work appointments. Kind when visiting the vet or a hospital. They always go the extra mile. Thank you for making life better for someone who cannot pass a driving test.
