1st Class Service From the very first meeting thing were handled with dignity and respect.There was no rush to make decissions and guidance on various matters given freely which helped tremediously. My father passed away in January 2017, and as we had used Paul Capper for my grandmothers funeral a few years prior and had had a good experience we decided as a family to use Paul again. We were not disappointed. From the very start Paul communicates effectively, is extremely sensitive and understanding of the families needs and is incredibly professional. He and his staff kept us up to date at all times as to where we were with the process, and he was very clear during the initial meeting about how things were going to happen and what we needed to do as a family. I can honestly state that Paul's courtesy, professionalism and quiet manner hugely contributed to our sense of closure and mental well-being during this difficult period. Paul dealt with sensitive family matters (regarding invitations), ensured my father was perfectly presented when laid 'in state', and even went above and beyond to make sure my father was collected from hospital in good time; a very considerate matter that was much appreciated by the family. Every ask was provided for and he was available 24/7 to discuss any issue as it arose. On the day itself, Paul and his team and the vehicles are immaculate and generate the perfect sense of occasion that a day like this deserves. Orders of service, administration, announcement via the newspaper and many other items were provided and absolutely nothing slips his attention to detail. We could not have asked for better service; many thanks to Paul and his staff for making the process and the day itself hassle-free and extremely dignified. We will be always grateful as a family for the way our father's funeral was conducted. Five well-earned stars. Kindest regards, The Edmonds family.

The level of dignity, care and attention to detail that Paul exhibited throughout the whole process of dealing with the tragic loss of our Father was remarkable. As our Dad was a retired army officer, Paul ensured that a fitting and appropriate service and tribute was made through his own contact with the local Royal British Legion branch. A true gentleman and consummate professional and outstanding service. Sincere thanks to all at Cappers Independent.

I and my family would like to thank Paul and his team for all the kindness, care and support shown to us after the sudden death of my hysband. Paul's professionalism makes such an extremely emotional and difficult time easier to cope with. Sadly this is the third funeral Paul has arranged for our family and on each occasion the way the arrangements have been made and the service conducted as been outstanding. Thank you Paul Sally Hardy

I would like to thank Paul and Pauline (as well as their entire team) for the absolutely outstanding services provided in laying my Mum to rest in the most dignified, traditional and respectful manner. Thank you Paul for waiting for me to get across to the UK (while the South African authorities took their good old time in processing my urgent document requirements), my Mum meant the world to me and I could never ever have wished for better handling of the entire process. A sincere thank you, too, for the Mother's Day card that you sent to my Grandmother, Mrs. Christina Mc Collam, she is absolutely grateful for all that you have done in putting her beloved daughter to rest. I cannot express my gratitude any more (words fail) than just to say thank you, thank you, so much, bless you for who you are and what you have done to assist this family through this traumatic event.
