Great service, very reliable and honest rates! We left booking the taxi for a friend's wedding to the last minute, but we phoned up and they sorted everything and helped us relax and enjoy the wedding without worrying about transport. 10/10 and would recommend
After babysitting for a couple in Bishopstoke,I called for a taxi. When I asked the operator how long it would take, he rudely responded that the quicker I gave my information, the quicker the taxi would arrive. This surprised me, as most taxi companies provide an estimated time. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the taxi because my cat was ill at home. Despite explaining my situation, the operator abruptly hung up on me, which I found disrespectful.
Eye wateringly expensive fare to Heathrow - £180 one way. This wasn't the price that I was given on the phone when I booked. The price I was charged is double the fare on the company website. Better to avoid this company.

As a stranger to the area and needing to get to my destination, I was totally reliant on the driver. What is a 6 mile, 20 minute journey and roughly £20 ended up being 35 minutes and over £30. I called the company and wad net with the most unhelpful response and informed I would need to ring back Monday before 10.00 am to get a refund. If a driver don't know where they are going they should at least enquire with the dispatcher first.
Pre booked a taxi for my elderly parents. Explained the appointment at the hospital is for 9am. Booked for 8:45 for collection turned up at 9:10 filthy car inside and out no apology. Will not use again… cheap enough but would have rather paid extra for an Uber…ServicesService not listed
Good service but not cheap. Most expensive meter in Hampshire.App on phone Starting price £4 which is ok but the increase of 30p every 15 seconds is the dearest and quickest I have seen.
Arrived 8 mins late, even though the operator said he'll be 2 minutes. If he been honest wouldn't have been issue. Nice Driver though. Cost £18 when uber was quoting £10.50 for the 4 mile journey. I’ve been using Happy Cabs for a regular 3 trips per week for the last 18 months. Our driver Habib is one of the most professional drivers Ive ever met, interacting with his passengers and giving a 5 star service. Always happy to change plans when needed at short notice.
