Iv been a patient for year, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but everyone is lovely, kind and they take time and explain everything they are going to do and break it up in to this is next !
My wife had a absess and we could not get in to any dentists in e.port chester, Birkenhead and Eastham dental was the only dentists that would help and we thank you very much
Excellent service. Not my first time at the surgery. Each time more impressed than last. Filling fell out, called Friday, filling replaced Monday. Polite staff and clinicians putting at ease throughout. Can't praise enough.
Called this morning with a dental emergency. Was seen within 2 hour's. Fantastic service from the staff and Brilliant treatment from Ali Thompson. I would highly recommend this Dental practice...Thanks to everyone there
Best experience I've had at the dentist for years. The dentist paul is exceptional. My fillings were completely pain free. I don't think you could find a kinder, more considerate dentist, we need to clone him, very rare. Very grateful for my great care, many thanks, it takes all your fears away.
When I first joined this dentist they were amazing! But now I ring at half 8 for an emergency appointment and they have all apparently been taken so I have to suffer for a second day with bad toothache because they don't care!! And won't give me and appointment.
Summary for Eastham Dental Practice: Staff: Friendly, compassionate staff, very respectful. Wonderful care. Accommodating for appointments, very professional and organised. Access: Wheelchair accessible, but a bit of a tight fit in one area. Call ahead for downstairs room, staff will happily arrange it for you. Care: Equal care and options are offered whether patient on benefits or not. Always excellent care, great dentist for first timers or the nervous. Unlike some, their answer to a bad tooth if you are on NHS is not just to extract it. They will make a treatment plan with you, so you have a good amount of input. Wait times: Speedy and efficient, with appointments. However, emergency patients must be slotted in under duty of care and this can increase waiting times. Emergencies: Will accept emergencies such as trauma, extreme pain or swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, etc. You will be assessed and usually treated with cleansing/temporary fillings/medication if required. Then follow up appointment for further treatment. You will be seen, but between other appointments, so you might be there a while. Skill level: After many procedures there, I consider them to be the most skillful practice I have ever visited. This includes some very bad and complicated abcesses. Issues: No lift, sign can be hard to see. Tell taxis to look opposite the petrol station. Easy to find if you drive into the station, then facing out of station, turn right, surgery is on left not far from corner. Safety warning: Main road is extremely busy, I advise parking around the corner and walking if you are able. If not, there is usually space in the drive for drop off and pick up.
Excellent treatment and service from Massimiliano Sarogni and all the staff I had contact with. I’m not the most relaxed patient but everything was explained at each stage of my treatment which helped me relax. Highly recommend this practice
Came here years ago when I required a filling in one of my molars. Mrs Blackstock left trainee dental nurses in charge of the procedure which eventually gave me an abscessed tooth and had to be removed. Doesn't seem much but I suffered greatly with this tooth and they denied it had anything to do with the trainee nurses and wouldn't allow me to keep the tooth once it was removed.
Friendly, professional,efficient staff. Go above and beyond to accommodate non routine/emergency appointments. Spotlessly clean. My mouth has never been so well cared for.
