Still a great Market, plenty to offer, the new refurb parts look fantastic. I'd be tempted to spend more cash then card if I didn't have to pay for cash from ATM. That's my only gripe. Not worth knocking a star off. But if you don't want to pay to take money out, take it with you
Nice place with very affordable stuff to purchase
We visit Fantasy Island very regularly, the market is quite big and good to walk around. Most things are quite well priced and there are some 'hidden gems' in there like shops that sell amazing handmade products! There are lots of stalls that sell the same thing, which is a shame. I would say what let's it down is that you are allowed to smoke whilst walking around the market. I understand that it's outside but it's a very close walk space and people are always smoking, not very good if you're eating or have children/babies with you. It also gets extremely busy during the summer months too and so it's harder to get away from the smoking. Overall, it's a good day out, there is lots to look at, good food and rides/arcades too.
Superb place to shop, friendly stall vendors and lots of variety! Shop around as you don't always get the best price at the first stall, prices are generally good. Great experience, plenty to eat and lots for the kids to do.
Good market, plenty of bargains, love it's under the rollercoaster
Worth a visit. Lots of copy goods, dubious toys and items that shouldn't really be sold. I bet trading standards love it here. If your kids want a replica gun and a gangster face mask there is a great selection.
It's good! Pretty impressed so far, queuing is quick, staff are friendly, it wasn't cheap for the wrist band but we making the most of them....the big roller coaters are cool!
Nearly all the shops were selling all the exact same stuff, once shopped in one, no point going in the next. There was the odd shop with electricals or paintings that had some unique stuff in.
First time I've been here in quite afew years. The car park that used to be there for it is now a roller coaster but there was ample parking across the road. Lots of stalls to look at and even despite it raining on and off we enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be returning.
