I’ve never experienced such a great doctors! From kindness of the receptionists and doctors, to ease of getting an appointment and assistance. No faults. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I'm not registered with this practice, however I've had recent communication with you due to helping a relative. The reception team has extremely appalling customer care, they really do not care about you, they just want you out the door. I've had around 4 encounters with this practice and all have been negative. The reception team do not know what they are doing and give you as little information as possible to ensure you don't need to go back to them. Do not use this practice, caused more problems than good.nnI am a medical receptionist and this service is just not on.

Receptionist staff are nice. However the doctors I have been assigned to have been very dismissive and patronising about neurodivergence issues. Was also told to look for an ADHD diagnosis privately as the ‘bar is lower’ for the diagnosis there?!

It’s great: all the doctors and nurses and every service is great, they are late for near all of the appointments but I’m happy with that and understand that they want to give everybody the same amount of attention and help as every patient in the surgery.

The most wonderful practice. Caring doctors who have plenty of time, friendly receptionists and I’ve even had a courtesy call from a pharmacist regarding some new medication a referral consultant put me on. Physio are so helpful and reassuring. Can’t rate them highly enough.
