Ordered our food by phone at 6.30pm, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes but it wasn't ready until 7.25pm. Wouldn't have minded the wait if we'd be warned and told that it wouldn't be ready for over half and hour, but we were waiting in the place for nearly 40 minutes when we could've been doing other things.
