Having waited over a year to get an NHS Dentist with no success! I decided to go private due to a tooth issue, they were very good, efficient and the staff were lovely. It isn’t cheap to go private, but the cost was better than others I had looked at. Having appointments later into the evenings and at weekends is also a massive bonus.
I have just had work completed by Nat, over several sessions. Each has been painless and professional. The end result has been remarkable and I am more than satisfied. I initially contacted Gental Dental as my own dentist was unavailable, out of hours. However, GD were able to see me almost immediately. Upon arrival, all the team were very friendly and I felt welcomed. Thank you for all your work. It is much appreciated. Hazel
I had a fantastic experience with Eastbourne Gentle Dental! They were incredibly professional, efficient, and considerate during my tooth extraction. The procedure was quick, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. Their communication was excellent—scans were explained clearly, and all my questions were answered. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!
Initially met by Hannah who was brilliant at explaining the services offered , my options and answering my questions. Sebastian and his nurse were very good, explained everything and carried out treatment with real care and attention to detail. Not sure you can say a trip to the dentist is pleasurable but these guys worked hard to make it as easy, painless and simple as possible.
I'm a very nervous patient, took me months to just book an initial assessment. Saw Diego who immediately made me feel calm and explained everything in great detail. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be returning, wouldn't go anywhere else now.
