The bed and cushions were extremely delightful and very soft to the touch.However i must say i was very appalled by the lack of respect for me when i was trying to just take an hour nap,they have shoved me in a box and almost sent me out to be cremated.The shock of the staffs faces when my face slammed into the door of the coffin when i was trying to turn around to get comfortable.objection your honour lack of common sense
Sadly the grounds are not looking as good as they used to, grass is not regularly cut and the children's graves area is also sadly being neglected. Please return to the high standards we used to have here. About 5 or 6 years ago this would have received a 5 star rating from me.
Always well maintained..Attractive peaceful setting.
Buried my partner there three months ago,the grave was not ready we had to wait in the cars for 45 minutes. During the service staff stood laughing and joking until one of the mourners told them to be quiet and have some respect
Was so upset after the scattering of a loved ones ashes. It felt like he was just thrown away. Felt like we had to hurry up and decide where he was going. No words said while it was being done or anything. Felt so impersonal. Any other ashes I've witnessed scattered was nothing like this experience. I appreciate its a pandemic, but felt a bit more thought to the loved ones wouldn't go amiss.
Really poor. Couldn't find my parents ashes at first until I'd checked with the Undertakers who confirmed they'd been sent 3 weeks ago. No brass kerbstone plaque on the day of the service, ordered 6 weeks before. They bundle up all orders received and place their order once a month so ours sat doing nothing for weeks. Small time local mentality, no concept of a 'customer' and getting it right on a day that can never be repeated.
My late father, mother and husband were all cremated/buried here. I have always found the staff here very helpful. I like the grounds very much. It is very peaceful yet not far from houses and shops so very accessable even if you are disabled like me. I am making arrangements for my funeral and I hope to be intered there too.
Just been to cremation here today 25-7-17 nice surroundings etc. What let it down was after service u walked out past display of flowers wreaths etc no time to stand and take it all in just a slow walk past them. No time to Osborb it all. Very poor I thought. Been to. Other crems and flowers etc r put laid out for all to c at leisure.
