I've been going to the Arndale for years and seen how it's dated 80's look is soooo retro, however on this visit I was pleased to see new renovations work going on, this should give Eastbourne the wow factor. Good variety of shops to choose from but customer experience in the hall isn't great. Look forward to seeing the new and improved Arndale !

Really nice shopping centre with a real Town feel. Plenty of places to eat and everyone is very helpful. I notice a cheap tourist shop selling the tat they sell in the west end please don't let this lovely centre be over run by them. At the moment it's great.

OK to be fair I am not a natural shopper. If I do shop I like interesting slightly different, individual shops. Which means that the Arndale centre's range of run of the mill chain shops interests me not one bit. Eating opportunities are limited although Shades restaurant provides excellent well priced homely food. A favourite with my kids when they were younger. 
The public toilets in the shopping centre are very tired. Generally the Arndale centre is just dull. 
The building is old and tired although it is undergoing a 're fit and extension, including a multi screen cinema and more restaurants. Some local residents are very excited and it will undoubtedly attract shoppers away from other shopping towns. For me though it's a shopping centre. What more is there to say.
Parking is ok and on site but it can get very busy with long queues on weekend days.

Lots of parking although only one lift working meaning bit of a wait in busy times.. reasonable price for parking. Nice mixture of shops and the new extension  being built doesn't  cause any problems. Plenty of places to eat and drink.

Great shops. Large car park that you pay for. Most things can be brought here. Should be great when the building work is finished
