Great range of shops, large and small to browse in. Large car park, near train station and the bus. Not far from seafront and South Downs National Park. Many clean toilets. All bank branches outside in pedestrian part.

I really enjoy visiting The Beacon in Eastbourne — it’s one of the town’s best shopping destinations! There’s a wide range of popular high-street stores, great cafés and restaurants, and plenty of choices for fashion, gifts and everyday essentials. The centre is bright, modern and welcoming, with easy-to-use parking and a relaxed atmosphere that makes shopping fun. Whether I’m grabbing a coffee with friends or picking up something special, The Beacon always delivers a great experience!
The Beacon offers a good range of shops and eateries, with entertainment under the same roof. We are looking forward to seeing more varieties as time goes on, and would welcome a broader brush than is currently there. However, it is a good shopping centre and place to spend the day/evening alone, with family and friends. It is spacious with a car park integrated into the side, with lift access. Toilets are available for all, as are restaurants and bars. Sainsburys to Mark's and Spencers, jewellery, cards, crafts, clothes and places to relax and take a break for a while. Near to the railway and bus stops, on the way to the beach and the pier. Well placed with a web of streets branching out with more individual shops, hair dressers etc.
Nice modern large indoor shopping mall in what is considered a rather dull town. As well as the usual high end stores there are also plenty of everyday shops such as Primark. Almost adjacent to the station and a multi storey nearby. Whats not to like.
