Don't even bother with this dentist. I was a customer but not anymore. I live in wool so it's not just up the road from me. I was just 7 minutes late that's all and by looks the dentist I was seeing was late as well. They are always late, never on time ever. I've waited more than an hour before with no apology and you can't even be a tad late as I phoned up to warn them there is a road closures at winterborne Kingston in which they couldn't care less. Very rude receptionist answered the phone didn't even take my name and you said I gad to rebook. No not when I'm almost there then put the phone down on me. So someone owes me fuel money. Not cheap driving how many miles for nothing. Don't go to this dentist.

Nigel is fantastic, totally puts me at ease! I’ve rang up twice this week for an emergency appointment and they’ve seen me the same day on both occasions. So helpful. Fabulous reception staff too; a really friendly practice.

This is the best practice I've ever been to. I was formerly a very nervous patient due to past bad experiences. My dentist is so kind, gentle and thorough and I've always found every staff member to be friendly and helpful.

Went in today for my first registration appointment. I have severe anxiety and get very very nervous with the dentist but everyone was very friendly. The dentist is taking baby steps with me and this is helping me overcome my fear.

In an emergency they will get you in the same day. My whole family are with East Street, me private, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic team. Very thorough and sympathetic. Brilliant with children too, highly recommended.

I went in this morning after finding a problem with one of my teeth last night. They managed to not only fit me in and see me immediately, but they also carried out the filling and repair right then and there!  I’ve always found the staff and service here excellent, but today they went above and beyond!

went in here today i just moved to blandford a while a go did not have time to go into dentals and sign up so i finally had a day off today went in they told me that they can't sign any new people on with no reasons giving out which i felt utterly  unfair by ! never had this happen before with any where before shall bee telling people to come here poor ! why have a dental in blandford town and not allowing new people to sign up!

Very poor customer service. Low priority for new customer to register. Poor treatment and rude staffs.
