I was in quite a hurry I was flying the next day to France and came here without a reservation, trying my luck. The welcome was great, they were friendly, funny and professional. I was lucky because the tattoo I wanted to do was rather small quote tattoo and I was able to get an appointment the same day ! John was the artist who tattooed me. He was great, firstly the lettering he designed was exactly what I wanted. Secondly, it was my first tattoo and I decided to do it on the side ribs. He was able to put me at ease, I didn't feel anything during the session. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. After the session I was really pleased with what he did, I love it ! Then he explained to me well how to take care of it afterwards. John and the whole team were really great, I will definitely come back here for another one ! Really thank you everyone !

My sister and I wanted to get matching tattoos and thought that while visiting London from the states would be the perfect time to get them.  These tattoos hold a lot of meaning and John took the time with us and made sure that we were 100% happy with what we were getting. He was super cool to chat and work with, and did an AMAZING job.  I couldn't be more thrilled with how my new ink turned out!! John's work is perfection!   Thanks for keeping the good tunes up and playing and for a memory I'll never forget!

East side tattoo studio is absolutely  The tattooists are spot on, great shop, great atmosphere, and perfect location. I had both hands and half a sleeve done by John the Don. All three of my tattoos are awesome. Highly recommended

Would genuinely give 6 stars if possible.  An extremely kind team at east side tattoo and amazing atmosphere. I could not recommend Steve more highly.  Having struggled with mental health for some time I always wanted a tattoo to capture that. Steve was heavily involved in the planning process, and he brought this tattoo to life after amazing suggestions.  I will be going back again without a doubt

Been wanting to get my septum done for years and found they did walk ins. Went in and was seen almost right away. Super lovely staff and shout out to Abbie who pierced me. Walked me through all of it and it was a 1.5/10 for pain. She made it super easy and simple for me. As well as listening to me about my allergies and being super careful around them. One of the best experiences ever and definitely my new piercing shop

I went to Eastside Tattoo for a cover up piece by Yasmin. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff were all lovely, studio was very clean and the actual process of getting the tattoo done was straightforward and as pain free as it could be. I'd definitely recommend them and would be more than happy to return for another inking! Thanks Eastside!

I walked in one lunch time for my 3rd piercings in each ear lobe and I'm so glad I came here. I was worried as I hadn't booked but it was no problem at all! The studio was clean and the staff were so friendly! Abii who did my piercings really took her time to find out about my piercing history and took a lot of time to mark a place my piercings, getting me to check each time to ensure I was happy with the placement.  Abii made sure I was relaxed and really made me feel so at ease, which wasn't heard because she is so lovely! I left feeling so happy and well looked after. I would highly recommend to anyone after a piercing or tattoo!

Booked some ink with John on a trip to London from the states, with my sister, for matching tattoos holding a great deal of meaning to us, that we wanted to commemorate the trip with. John  was thee coolest and his work, off.the.charts!!! Couldn’t have been happier with it all!! He was so patient with us on the final work and details, and made the whole experience beyond memorable!! Thx for the killer ink and killer tunes all afternoon during, for a memory that will never fade. Thanks as well to Cheyenne for helping get the spots booked ahead of time!! Didn’t get to meet her to say thx, but the guy that let us in Zachariah -hope I have that right thx for keeping the tunes tops and changing out my piercing backing - thx EastSide!

Went in for a tooth gem today, brilliant customer service as always!! Absolutely love the look too, thanks Cheyenne for your amazing work ̈ . I’ve been here before for my piercings by Zach and I’ve always been done justice!! Also shoutout to Abi for helping with aftercare xx

I’ve had 6 piercings done here: second lobes, third lobes, cartilage and tragus. I’ve moved out of the area but I always come back here whenever I want a new piercing. Great team, great service, great prices. Defo recommend. I was a massive scaredy-cat before my second lobes but they’ve made every piercing super easy. Will probably be back again soon..!
