1st time here, and quite impressed. Called in for a look around and lunch, I need to come back for a swim. Accessibility: Level front entrance either electronic doors. Steps up from the Prom at the back. Lifts near the front entrance and the cafe. Toilets for the disabled. Car parking fir the disabled and parent/children. Car Park: Payment Machines or £5 per year extra for members. Plenty of spaces, including for disabled and parent/child. Membership or Pay as You Go: Various membership options, see the East Riding Wensite or ask Reception. Cafe: Seaview, cafe style menu. 10% reduction with ER Leisure Membership, Library or Bus Cards. Cafe style food, collect the drink card for free hot drink after purchasing 6. Views: North Sea on the east dide Staff: Very friendly. Toilets and changing rooms: Plenty throughout the centre, plus for disabled and baby change
A very impressive leisure centre with plenty of facilities and a high standard of hygiene. Just over £14 for a family ticket for a swim! Two hours of family fun for a small amout of money and free parking. Large lockers and changing rooms, clean with a very warm childrens pool, complete with sea front views. Plenty of life guards on duty and the staff were really helpful. We will be visiting again.
We turned up just before the session started, and were accommodated by the two staff on reception. They even worked out the most economic entry costs. When we got in, all the large lockers were used, so another member of staff let us store our stuff in a secure room. Very impressed by everyone there. Highly recommended.
Great kids fun pool, water slides, jets, tipper buckets, etc. Friendly, polite staff. In contrast, I am thoroughly unimpressed with the ticket website, which you also have to pay a booking fee for the 'privilege' of using. This is provided by a separate company, tells you you're buying 'seats' and won't let you have a family ticket. Had I not already made promises to children I would not have used this complete rip off.
Booked in to go swimming and had a great time. Not too busy but was lively. Very entertaining for our boys with slides and play area, plus pools. Plenty of access to lockers and showers. Booked as a family and price was very reasonable. Parking outside the building is free when using the centre put your reg in at the counter so no additional cost for that. We saw the climbing activity whilst there so plan to return for that.
Nice location, we only used the café. The seating was arranged so that you could admire the view out to sea. The ladies behind the counter were very pleasant and helpful.the toilets were clean and tidy. A nice place to have a coffee.
Another very good splash and swim session. Good pool for kids. Slides are fun for all and a separate pool for a proper swim. Been many times. Will go many more. Booking essential.
Great for the little kids, my lad loves the fact we can go in the ‘big slide’ together and extremely well priced!! The main pool was so cold that my 3 year old was shivering with blue lips after only a couple of minutes, however we spent 90% of the time in the splash area which was much warmer. In an ever growing Cashless society having to use a £1 coin for the lockers is a pain, but if prepared, no issue. Overall great place and well priced.
Loved it. I was feeling a bit apprehensive going swimming by myself for the first time in 10 years - but the lovely lady on reception explained everything, so I paid and decided that nothing ventured nothing gained. I'm so pleased I did. The changing rooms were clean, plenty of lockers the pool water and building warm - and I noticed the lifeguards were particularly attentive - mind on the job which was reassuring as I had to train myself to swim again after sinking several times - it was quiet when I went so decided to get brave and try their state of the art new chutes - wow - read the signs for which one is easy. I didn't and the faster one made me scream a bit - but I am 64. Great place - aren't you Bridlington residents lucky! I will also say for partially sighted people like me, it was easy yo navigate by yourself. Thank you See you when I visit again.
Only called to use the cafe which was recommended by a local. Good cupa in a real mug. Hubby had the daily special which was a really filling tuna pasta bake and salad for £4.55 or £4.95 sorry can't remember which Lovely views over sea. Will def return on next visit to Brid
