Great local store with very friendly & helpful staff. We moved to the area a year ago and both enjoy shopping here. Register your vehicle as you enter and your covered for free parking in the Town centre which is far better compared to other parking systems. 5 min wait sometimes at tills is nothing when you consider the store is serving quite a large area   with Saxmundham being the next closest for Supermarkets. Thank you.

Since my last visit they have imposed a car park fine system of which I have been a victim 100 pounds or 60 pounds if paid in 14 days. This has been put in place because other shop workers or visitors to Leiston used the car parking for shoppers for free parking ! Yet they now choose too penalise their shoppers who are required to put in car reg so they don't get fines. Well I left my details as a local with customer services to that effect and I spose because I wrote them down and handed too elderly supervisor it got misplaced or binned but deffinatley not put on system . I'm disabled an amputee and it's my local store and I refuse to shop there in the future or pay their stupid fine ! No other supermarket in Suffolk imposes a fine system on their customers as Leiston Co op does ? Just up the road is another co op store use that it has no fine system ! But to be honest it makes my life harder to shop but I would rather do that than revisit co op at Leiston!

Very good middle size supermarket.. Very nice staff... Make sure you register your car on the computer do-hickeys by the tills.
