We had a funeral plan for Mum and from the first contact the service we received was professional and very personal. Nicola helped us through such a difficult time, she listened to our ideas and helped to make them happen. Nicola helped find our celebrant Kate who was just perfect. Planning your Mums funeral is the hardest thing but they made it easier and the tribute to Mum was perfect, just a shame she wasn't there to enjoy it Thank you Nicola and the whole team.
They found the right match of celebrant for us, resulting in a beautiful tribute for mum. Very professional and personal service which took all the pressure off the family. We felt well supported and in safe hands throughout, making a difficult time much easier.
Excellent service. The staff helped me through the hardest time of my life and I'll never forget this. Having the help that was provided to organise my mother's send off really helped me on a personal level. Thank you for taking care of my mum and with her final journey
