Usually very good service, albeit that queues can be significant. However, I can’t give a better review because I just went to the facility and it’s closed despite the website saying that it closes at 6pm today. Many cars about turned at the gates while I was there. Now I have a car full of refuse and nowhere to go.

Different day different staff. 1st helper was most excellent advising on what went where ect. Then when almost finished in steps big John Wayne... Thats not house hold waste that's from a garage, trade waste.... He was rude and obnoxious. The waste was from my garden, and my garage. Toys, timber, three black bin bags and some waste oil and minor electrical. All pointed to the correct location till the resident super star stepped in. I asked for his name so 8 had a point of referral for when I call Biffa who operate the site on behalf of SLC. The waste he objected to was as n old car seat... Three times I'd visited and left due to the queue this was a visit on the recommendation of our local council as a likely good time..... Spoiled my day and the good reputation of the facility.... Shame. It only takes one...

Just turned up gates are closed website says Sunday 6pm close which I know because it is usually a Sunday I go!!
The only decorated recycling facility I know off. Helpful staff and great place to dump your unwanted items.
soooo good found a spare leg from my grandpapa he like 10/5!!!!!
Staff are great and really sound but please, please update your opening hours as I’ve just wasted a trip with a full car this evening 8pm stated closing time online, actually 5pm every night now.
10 minute wait but easy going in and out
