Need some professional staff Called last week for booking to change break pads i was told by the staff no bookings needed bring Friday I took my vehicle Friday morning Now they said you need to bookings I called 20 Dec 11:28 am If your reading from the garage investigate who answered the call and ask him why he told me no bookings needed? Some professional staff need to answer the calls NOT the MECHANIC
Needed a RAC approved garage to carry out work through my extended warranty, phoned to book my car mentioning the issue airbag light booked me in for the next day but when I turned up the gentleman on the reception said that they don’t do anything with airbags and when I mentioned that the person making the booking was the informed of the problem he just said ‘hm strange’ Waste of time
Took the car in to have slow puncture repaired, the guys were very helpful and polite explained how the tyre repair was carried out nothing was a bother
Cracking lads who go above and beyond! They may not be the cheapest but they are the best! x
They dont charge the same price in store as what they do online. Cheaper online and when questioned on the price they try and say the site is wrong.

Don't use this garage. Over priced, tell you it needs work when it doesn't. Just a bloody rip off. I had an mot from somewhere else and it failed on one thing. I had to rebook it in here as other garage was full for a retest. It ended up costing me another £280. Not sure how they get away with this robbery. 2nd time I used them 2022,yes I should have learnt my lesson they quoted me £1200 for mot repairs. I got them done at a local garage for £270. They should be reported to trading standards!
First time here. Great service and friendly and professional.
