Not sure anywhere is great to report a death, but this is very soulless.

Good space to hire for meetings. Fairly bland but has parking and good location in Honiton. Standard affair with basic teas and coffees,  flip charts, projectors, air con etc. They charge extra for WiFi, but there us BT openzone there too so free if you use BT broadband at home...
