What’s new maybe put up a notice when it IS working!! This ferry is the laughing stock of the UK!!

The service was quick and reliable. The staff were courteous.  When I had an accident up the street from getting off, they came and helped. They were amazing - thank you!

Rubbish.  A once valuable and reliable service has been ruined.nThe new ferry is noisy and FAR too big and you have to admire the council and builders for creating so many ways for it to go wrong.nOnce free to pedestrians but not now and only return tickets are available.n£3.2 million pounds thrown away, goodness knows how much lost revenue nd losses to local businesses plus all the pollution from cars travelling 10 miles via Newport - and now through major road works!!

To save the time of driving around the estuary, this is a quick and cheap solution. We travelled as foot passengers, but car crossing costs are also inexpensive. Services run for most of the day and in most types of weather.
