I recently had the unfortunate burden of having to organise a funeral for my mum. I was absolutely dreading the whole process and didn’t have a clue what I needed to do. I got in contact with Cilla who took me through everything in my own time, step by step. The whole experience was thoroughly professional, kind and thoughtful. Every request I had, no matter how ‘out there’ it was, was fulfilled and exceeded my expectations. The empathy and professionalism shown by Cilla and her staff was nothing short of outstanding. I will forever be grateful for her support during the hardest time of my life. The service was faultless and the staff on the day were impeccable. I hope I do not need to use them again any time soon, but should I need to, I know I will be in the safest hands. Thank you for everything ECF.

We have recently held our Mother’s funeral using the services of this company. Their professionalism and advice ensured that the day went very smoothly and we had absolute confidence that every detail had been attended to. Nothing was too much trouble for Cilla and we felt that we were receiving very personal and expert care. Our grateful thanks to all.

First of all I would like to thank Cilla, she is an outstanding wonderful caring person. I think East Coast funerals-are very lucky to have someone like her working for them she does them proud, I have my plan with them when my time comes She done everything for my wife, Pamela’s funeral with such proficiency. the pall-bearers were marvellous too. I couldn’t ask for a better service if I was a millionaire. Cilla you are an absolute diamond. I know from my experience I will be in very good and caring hands.
