Friendly and good value food with daily specials. An unusual architect designed building right next to the promenade by the beach. If the vegan main had been available would have 5*.
Nice place to have a brunch. I had the breakfast bap, my partner had the eggs benedict, both were tasty, as was the coffee. Allow potentially over an hour for a visit as service was slightly slow possibly due to COVID procedures. COVID procedures were reasonable, probably best to book in advance.
friendly efficient staff . . . good food and nice glass of wine . . . peaceful setting and great to be able to look out to the sea and also watch all the dogs and their owners stroll past . . . let's hope W Sussex doesn't go into Tier 3 : Happy Christmas East Beach !!

We used the take away, not the sit in restaurant part. Seats on the top of the beach by the promenade. Friendly staff but only brown sugar not white, and I am not a great fan. Good coffee though and a tray of lovely chips. Been here a good few times over a good few years and it has always been nice.
Friendly service. Good selection of food and drink. There is sometimes a question if busy but not a long wait. Good social distancing precautions.
