I stored my stuff here whilst I was moving home - I can’t believe how easy it was and how much of the stress they took away from me.  They even let me use the van to move my stuff in.  The staff were really friendly and helpful and the place was so clean and tidy. I’m definitely happy leaving things there and will recommend this place to others.

Excellent service and clean facility. The team couldn't be more helpful explaining everything I needed to know. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easistore to my friends and family.

We moved house and needed the unit for a week or so and As a storage place it's ok can't really muck it up but customer service on the other hand is another thing altogether, The lady who answers phones and represents the business (middle aged blonde lady) is very abrupt and very rude, the first couple of times I thought it's prob a bad day and it happens but after the 3rd or 4th time either by phone or face to face she was rude I just thought wow she's in the wrong job. 
After we finished with the unit we waited and waited for our refundable deposit to arrive back on card (£200) but it never arrived so we phoned (of course it's same lady) she says "yes we knew about your deposit but was waiting till you rung us to give it back to you" so I said "why didn't you ring me" the response was a laugh and "oh no we don't work like that" 
Good luck if you choose these but personally I would advise you to stay clear if you don't want an argument
