Beautiful views . Lovely walks.
The entrance to Easington Colliery Coastal car park is through gates. These gates are opened at 7 a.m. and are closed at 5 p.m. every day The car park seems well maintained and it's FREE. Follow the signposted coastal path under the railway line bridge and this eventually leads down a fairly steep set of steps to the beach.nNot a bucket and spades type beach I'm afraid - it's a rocky/pebbly beach that is recovering from the abuse of its industrial past, some of the signs of this are still visible.
Good, scenic place for quiet walks or a picnic with few other people / dogs about.
Beautiful walks. Views over North East coastline amazing. Farm nearby has donkeys,Llamas.
Excellent place to walk, either to get plenty of exercise or for walking the dogs. Lots of open space and trees. A playground for the children and a café over the road called The Pay Note Café, that supports the Easington Brass Band. Plenty of free parking too.
