I highly recommend this place! I have purchased Yamaha tracer 700 in February and  I must say that the bike is in excellent condition as it was promised. No issues , hasn’t disappointed me so far, there was no problem on arrival, bike exactly the same as described on the advertisement. Motorcycle was delivered without delay by the store. Greta staff, dedicated , polite and helpful. Thank You !

Bought a ninja 125 from these guys at a steal of a price and service was excellent as was the bike  Johnathan answered all my questions without hesitation. He Did everything he could to make it 10/10 service  Had a very minor issue with the bike but these guys didn't hesitate to sort out quick with no fussing could not recommend these guys enough  If you're looking for a bike these are your guys to see

Bought a Honda NT700 from Earnshaw's to do a bit of two up touring. Guys were straight about bike, it had a minor miss at v low revs hardly noticeable changed plugs now runs like it should. Great buy,  been 4 day tours of N Wales, South coast planning Ireland and France later in year. Earnshaws were open and honest about bike and would recommend. To salesman at Earnshaws i followed your advice and tidied up plastics after all!!!. Done a few thousand miles now hasn't missed a beat

Bought and registered in my name this one-owner ST14XUS Suzuki GSX1250FA from Earnshaws. Bike faulty from the minute I rode away. Rode it back and Left it there the same day. They dropped it back off five days later having supposedly fixed the problem. It was running even worse!!! Disappointedly  I rejected the bike. Eventually got my refund a week later. They charged me £100 for them to pick up their faulty bike, plus another £40 for their bank transaction fee for them to refund my money! None of this was agreed prior. £140 + for a total of my 15 miles ridden. Received a call from them afterwards acknowledging they found the fault! I asked Jonathan if he thought £140 for 15 miles was fair - not even a response. Bike is back up for sale by them, saying still one owner! I think it's time for some more legal advice. Steer clear of these greedy jokers!

Purchased a CB500f very smart & clean just as in the description. The delivery was outstanding traveled 4hrs plus to deliver it to me in Norfolk and before I was due to leave for work Excellent, thank you Jonathan and all at Earnshaws Motorcycles for a great machine.

I was going to look road the shop for road bikes. Unfortunately most of the bikes are off road electric bikes. Sure I only spotted 3 road bikes or hybrids. Not much to choose from and didn’t really look at too much else.  Not enough choice for it to be a place I’d buy a bike.

Really glad I decided to choose Earnshaws despite the 2+ hour drive. Extremely friendly & welcoming staff. A very clean great looking shop too. Plus Jonathan was such a great help with the whole bike purchase process. Also helped me out with bike security! Answered all questions & very easy going with great communication in person & on the phone. And most importantly. What a great quality motorcycle! Couldn’t be happier. Overall really enjoyed my experience there. Highly highly recommended!

Called in as had a problem out on my ride today, rear durallier was only shifting if it felt like it, fixed in minutes.  The shop has a good range of bikes including ebikes, parts and accessories and focuses on the customer.

Updated may 2024. Cycle shop They just get better, the service is swift, professional and really good value.   So far these guys have brought my 16 year old boardman cycle back to life, and fixed 2 x poor setups from other stores.  I can't fault these guys.
