Following my mother’s death, my initial meeting with Earl & Co. was unhurried and sympathetic. All the decisions that I needed to make were fully explained, and I was helped with suggestions and advice where I was unsure. I came away feeling completely assured that all the arrangements would proceed smoothly. Earl & Co. referred me to a very sympathetic vicar, and also facilitated the printing of an order of service, the preparation of which was very efficient and accurate. On the day, the funeral service was handled very smoothly and professionally.

Brilliant throughout the service but kept the ashes of my loved one for a month before spreading them themselves without telling any of the family. I am hurt. Disgusted and outraged. My Nan should have had people there when they were spread yet we've only just found out. There was no communication as to them taking this action until my uncle called them, this is absolutely disgusting, clearly they have no respect for the deceased as they clearly didn't think about were they wanted their ashes spread and clearly no respect for the living as we only just found out! Absolutely disgraceful!!

I cannot praise Earl & Co enough from start to finish their service to me was impeccable when I lost my husband. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone they are professional, courteous, caring and nothing was too much trouble. Beverley and Richard were absolutely amazing can’t thank them enough.

Excellent service from beginning to end, all staff very professional and friendly. Staff were a great support especially during funeral service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you were all brilliant, you all felt more like family than professionals. my nans funeral was yesterday which was very sad day my family used earl and co and they were brilliant very professional and looked after my family very well especially on the day I could not fault them thankyou earl and co for looking after my nan and treating my family with dignity and rescpct on the day you were brilliant I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one they really look after you post from Tracey Castle x
