This company was responsible for the gates at our property from the time we bought our house. Since then we have a 2 yearly visit contract to service the gates. Of recent the gate was serviced in early November 2023. Not even 3 weeks had gone by and gates were not functioning properly. We have also paid for 48hour call out charge. Once we reported that the gate was not functioning and needed a technician to fix it, they waited 48hours before sending someone even though we requested to pay for an early call. No one came. Once when the engineer did assess the damage he fixed it but, we need a part. We have been trying to get a hold of the company but they are very slow to answer and their communication is pathetic. They talk to customers like they are doing one a favour just respond. Very sad indeed. After paying their charges for service one seems to need to suck up repair. Absolutely pathetic
I wanted to buy a BFT key fob opener which were for sale on eBay for under £10 including delivery but I wanted it quicker. Eagle told me they had loads in a box but wanted to rip me off by charging £50. I declined

I found this company to be extremely professional & they provided me an excellent service. I was invited to their premises to view my order & was very impressed with the work quality. I would recommend EagleAutomation for business or private work on any scale.
Eagle Automation Systems turned up at the end of August 2018 and intentionally disabled our vehicle gates on our car park leaving them wide open for anyone passing to access our property. A few days later the inevitable happened, a neighbour in the next block reported: "this has lead to the opportunistic attempted break in on Saturday evening where an burglar was witnessed by a resident on our roof at 3am who confronted him verbally." I asked our property manager, Montalt Management, about this and they've told me that they "were not given any advance notice that the vehicle gates would be turned off" but were "made aware of the need for a health and safety upgrade to the gates by Eagle Automation following a visit by the to investigate a fault with the gates on 31 October 2017." I've struggled to get more detail on this episode. I find it hard to believe that a maintenance firm would just turn up out of the blue and take such drastic action without notice. These upgrades are normally part of a carefully planned path as recommendations and legislation change. Based on past experience, I would assume our inept property manager was to blame for this unfortunate episode. As things stand I can only conclude Eagle Automation Systems put the security of our property and residents at risk. I shall revise this review as more facts emerge.
Just awful. I've really tried to persevere with this company because they're local but frankly they're a joke. I agree with the other review recently posted - there is zero sense of urgency and I've had gates out of action since October 2017.
As a supplier for Eagle Automation, we have found their management and office team a joy to work with. Their internal efficiency and business integrity is first class.
Have now used eagle automation on 2 of our projects and the onsite team were commended by out client on the first project. The second project was a dificult automation of some car park entrance gates which other companies could not achieve. They have been completed with a great service yet again from the onsite team. I would definately recommend eagle automation systems. The onsite team were friendly professional and very tidy, nothing was to much trouble. Thanks Eagle automation systems.
