My elderly mother 83 purchased a pair of trousers from E91, at an extortionate amount of money today. When she enquired whether there could be some negotiating on the price, she was met with a very rude response by the owner of the store.
I called into E91 today and was greeted by the owner who is a very rude man. He made me feel very uncomfortable and treated me with little respect. Looks can be very deceiving , I quite easily afford his prices but wouldn't want to spend my money in his boutique. My friends who live in Cowbridge were horrified at the treatment I received and will never shop there again.
Popped in to look for an outfit for an upcoming wedding. The owner was extremely rude, he insinuated that we couldn't afford to shop at his shop. Awful and disrespectful
Exceptionally rude customer service. Looking for an outfit for a mother of the bride and was told to look elsewhere without any discussion.
