Yesterday was funeral day for us and we could not of asked for a better service from Sam and E Taylor & Sons they were fantastic. The compassion and sensitivity shown towards the widow and the family was amazing nothing was too much effort for Sam. At time like this you need to know things are in good, safe, hands. Well I can highly recommend Sam at E Taylor and Sons. They are first class.

Always it's a difficult time for families, so we were so pleased with the caring and professional service we received. Angela, in particular, was excellent from first contact to the funeral itself, she was there to give guidance and support at all times. All the staff were totally professional and I would certainly recommend Taylor's.

How times have changed my family always used this funeral directors but when my uncle died two weeks ago we went to taylors to start arrangements. This first thing was they must get fed up of saying it but there was no sorry for your loss. We sat in a office with other peoples paperwork on show. I explained my uncles was a big man gave his weight was told no problem. The Monday came and another family member went in to be told I don't think we can dress him and won't be taking him into church will bury him an hour before the service. They hadnt even seen my uncle at this time. I'm glad to say after changing funeral directors to Peter Smith as the family were so upset all our wishes have been carried out they couldn't do enough for us

Very professional service and such lovely people. Everything was explained properly and the service went by without a hitch. Thank you for everything
