Such a shame we can only grade you 5* you deserve so much more. 
We used these undertakers back in November/December and literally can't thank them enough. 
At such an distressing time Ernie and his family made the whole process so much easier to deal with. 
They went above and beyond what they needed to do and we couldn't have asked for anymore. 
It didn't feel like we were dealing with a business it felt like friends and family.

We have used Ernie's services twice. On both occasions he and his family and workforce have always been very caring and also very supportive. Excellent service and in our view seven stars not just five - definitely worthy of the extra stars.
