The service provided was astounding. From Wendy at the Marymead branch who was friendly, helpful and reassuring to Robby the Celebrant being kind and caring. Not forgetting the drivers and pall bearers who showed total respect to my Mum, our guests and my Dad's memory. Thank you.
Grateful thanks for making a stressful day go smoothly. The reverence shown to our father was second to none. The service held by Robby at the crematorium was dignified and beautifully delivered.
The staff at E H Crouch were very polite and professional and made the process of me arranging my wife’s funeral very easy. They helped me with all stages and the whole day went off very well so that I was able to give my wife a lovely send off.
From the first phone call to mums actual funeral service they were so helpful and respectful to my sister and I throughout, nothing was to much trouble in particular Maggie she was a god send answering any questions and helping us with all details making mums funeral lovely so a big thank you to her and all who were involved in mums funeral

Very caring, respectful and efficient
Wendy and the team at Crouch Funeral Directors did my mums funeral arrangements last year in September. Wendy was really helpful, taking things slowly, a great reassurance through this tough time. Steve and team on the day was really careful, thoughtful and the send off was hard but Crouch helped to make it slightly easier. Highly recommended
