Service seemed good, until they got paid. We've had an issue with our quartz bench tops and our emails and answering machine messages have been ignored. They were part of the package with our kitchen cabinet suppliers, but I would not recommend them!
Fantastic service , they came as part of our kitchen installers package , from the templating to the installing i could not fault them , a lovely bunch of lads , im thrilled to bits

Like another reviewer we have tried repeatedly for months to get a response from this company. We have phoned, left lots of messages, both on the owners mobile and at the company base in Peterlee, e mailed and even driven miles to visit their base. On the rare occasions I have managed to speak to the manager, first I believed they understood what was needed and that they were happy to undertake the job but since then I've felt completely dismissed. This wasn't the case when they were installing our work surfaces - very happy to take our money when it formed part of a larger contract but not interested in a little remedial work. They say on their website. "Due to challenges caused by coronavirus COVID-19, we're providing our customers with extra support and resources." Well we have seen absolutely no evidence of this, we need their help but they are just not listening infact they seem to be actively ignoring our numerous attempts to contact them.
When spending thousands their service was spot on, but unfortunately when we've come back for a second job that is only small its been dreadful. It began positive saying they could do it and they provided some good advice while visiting the showroom, which I will add we had to take time off work to visit. However, when we have tried to get back in touch to order and left numerous voicemails over weeks they have ignored all our contact. This is really poor customer service and will no longer be recommending them anymore.
I spent several days trying to contact these guys. The don’t answer the phone and they don’t respond to messages. What a way to run a business.
I rarely put 5 stars on a review but can’t fault EB Granite. Their experience shone through when they came to measure up. Their service was exceptional. Staff were friendly but professional. The price was very reasonable.
Really great service from start to finish, we had our kitchen worktops replaced in quartz and new sink/ tap supplied and fitted, the guys were really helpful from start to finish, talked through what we wanted and helped us pick the best style for us. Top quality worktops and a really.good job done by the fitters,would.highly recommend.
