Bought a fantastic Hoover from here only a couple of weeks ago and was so pleased by the service I received. They were Very helpful and friendly and explained everything in good detail about what I needed to know about the Hoover I was buying. Thank you very much ! :) I would definately recommend to family and friends in future!

I've been twice to the Dyson Doctor. 1st time for a Part I could fit 2nd time for Major Surgery for my Dyson DC40 Having Explained the Problem in it went for Repair Both times i found the Staff Very Helpful & Polite Very Happy with the out come having my Dyson with its "MOJO" back At a Very Reasonable Price for the Repair Would Highly Recommend The Dyson Doctor

Our Dyson was struggling to pick up and needed a new filter. We found this company on Google and thought we'd give it a go as £50 service charge seemed an option to try before looking for a new one. "Our standard service includes a full strip down and examination" it says on the website. Seems like a bargain to me. The Dyson was dropped off and picked up a couple of days later. On the 6th on june we tried it out at home and it was like new. Wonderful. Fast forward exactly a month and after my partner finally remembers to being it home from his work I Hoover the bedroom and boom. Smoke appears, the house stinks of burning rubber and it's dead. No problem we thought it's under a guarantee at the Dyson doctor. We'll just take it back to them. So we did. And we were told that it's a motor issue and nothing to so with the service. So that's an extra £30 for a new motor. Strange to say they've "Done a full strip down and examination". Clearly either not a full strip down or someone fancied an extra 30 after giving it us back. Very disappointed as the Hoover might not have picked up as well as new but it clearly worked and we were able to use it. Now we are left having to buy a new Hoover and £50 down for a service which basically means a new filter is added. Why not just pay the £30 for a new motor I hear you ask. We'll I'm sure there's something else that could go wrong which isn't do with with a service or motor and would come at an extra cost. I feel very let down by the service given so while we were very happy with the first month be prepared to end up spending 50 and then needed to get another vaccum anyway.

I received my reconditioned dyson today any I'm super impressed. Everything is perfect and you would think the hover was brand new. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
