The plumbers are very good, efficient, and friendly, however Ive had issues with how bookings are organised. I had to contact them multiple times to get jobs done. I've had issues securing call outs, incomplete jobs, and cancelled work orders. I hope they address this aspect of the business in the future.
Very poor service, bad workmanship and not very polite. The Dyno-Rod employee turned up without a mask and was on his phone for most of the visit. Very unprofessional. Dyno-Rod failed to come back post visit and failed a second time to come back for a quote. I would not recommend.
