Appalling! This pharmacist puts profit before patient care. This was an emergency as son had forgotten to bring his epipen home with him. He had a copy of his prescription but the pharmacist asked him for £90 for a private prescription!! He is a student and could not afford it however the pharmacist was happy to let him walk out without his medication. I have since asked other pharmacists what they would charge, most would only ask for the NHS standard fee and one would charge £30.

my experience of this chemist is terrible, after 3 years of my 8 year old daughter having the same glaucoma eye drops they refuse to hold any in stock because it costs a certain amount of money. so after having the prescription for 2 days they still haven't ordered the eye drops and now ive run out. when asked if they would stock this, they won't. no customer care, all they care about is money. don't use them. i won't be anymore
