Sir, Please convey my sincere and heartfelt thanks to the two Police Officers who attended to my most difficult situation in Rhayader this evening. As a visitor to area, I went to the police station yesterday to report a lost wallet. Despite Covid restrictions and this being a small matter I was courteously received and details taken in the unlikely event of it being found and reported. I was delighted to receive the wallet back this morning through the post in Abergavenny. The cleaner in Rhayader A Thomas who found it had phoned the police and received permission to send it. Magnificent.

My 13 yr old daughter went missing last night, llandrindod wells police station were amazing went above and beyond and brought my daughter back to me, i cant thank the officers for everything they had done for me, i never had great reviews about dyfed powys police before, but i certainly know there extremely fast and definately go above and beyond for what they had done for me. Thank you so so much to each and every police officer that went out to look and found her, know words can express my gratatude right now. Great work and thank you so much again
