Went to view caravan stock. Saw one we liked, asked for key, door was opened and wasn’t left alone to have a look around. I know this place has been there for years, which surprises me looking at other reviews, but been there before and it’s not user friendly. 100%, won’t be going back.  Went to another dealer, just outside Aberdeen and it was so customer friendly, left you in peace, bought a caravan so all good.

The team at Dyce Caravans did an excellent job cleaning my  Motorhome with their wash & wax service. Really impressed, thank you!

I was charged £199 for a repair to my caravan and the problem was not resolved, they said it was nothing to do with the caravan.

Cannot speak highly enough of the overall service from this company. We were recommended to contact them for some serious work on our Motorhome and they didn't disappoint in their response. Even sitting in their waiting area, the excellent customer service was evident. Shame we didn't use them at the start of our Motorhome journey.

Staff could have been a bit more helpful, not much stock but who has these days, wouldn't go out my way to return.

After 4 caravans with Dyce ,we ordered a motorhome from Bailey last Nov, well come Feb we noticed that the wet room had been changed from Grey to white ,plus Bailey  nor Dyce thought to tell us of these  changes to spec.when challenged Dyce response which was abrupt, they reserve the right to change spec.Sorry thats not what i ordered and so i cancelled after driving 200 miles round trip to inspect one which had my original spec as ordered.Dyce now withholding full deposit .Better dealers and customer  service available down the A 90 where customer satisfaction is a key priority.Buyers be aware

Tried phoning numerous times asking & leaving messages about a NEW Adria Compact Supreme that I'm wanting in 2023 leaving my phone number so they could call back, Not once have they returned my call, so I'll take my money to motorhome hub Scotland down in Perth They where more than helpful & happy to take my deposit, so much for looking after local a businesses

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And they had exactly what we needed. Toilet blue and green for our trip past Inverness when all the sites are on septic tanks rather than mains sewerage.

Got the caravan back needing more repairs and cleaning than when it went in! Shower tap loose and wobbly fine when it went in, dirty great boot print on the plastic tray of the shower cubicle as well as grit and dirt, kitchen tap twisted firmly into a position where it would actually pour water over the worktop and not in the basin. When contacted about these problems they denied it was them stating that it must have been in that state when they received the van. They also said that the shower tap could not be fixed and we would have to return the van to Sprite for repair!!! Great, when it was in perfect working order before it went to Dyce! Very poor attitude of staff would not recommend and will not be back.
