Incompetent delivery person and irresponsible customer service. Beware if you are expecting a package from them. I am contacting sender to ask them not to use this company.nnWas expecting important travel documents, they gave a time slot and a driver name. I was home all day expecting the document.nnWas wondering why they have to give me the driver name, but now I know. Jordan is an incompetent driver who needs more training to read door numbers and street names.nnPackage was not delivered, as per my cctv nobody came or not even a DX van passed by, but they updated in the tracking website that they delivered to me. Ridiculous.nnGiving the benefit of the doubt to them went to my neighbours and same house numbers in adjacent streets to see if it was delivered there.nnContacted their customer service and their only unhelpful response was to contact the sender and only then they will investigate. What a load of BS.nnLuckily got my document from someone who got it delivered to their address, which wasn't the same street or the same house number.
Driver Jordan parked outside my house today 30/09/2024 and apparently left a calling card stating my address was unsecure and couldn't leave delivery and to reschedule. Well my cctv actually shows he never got out of the van to attempt to deliver my parcel, nor leave a calling card. If he did, he must have had harry potters invisibility cloak cos he was no where to be seen! Tried speaking to someone on bot chat and got no reply. Contacted the company sending the parcel and got about the same amount of help! So rescheduled for tomorrow 1/10/2024, not holding out much hope of getting the parcel if Jordan the lazy arse is the one delivering it again...maybe ill get it in time for Christmas?
Very poor and unsatisfactory service. Waiting for my parcels which were arrived in DX warehouse since last Friday 11 october and received message for delivery on Monday 14 october between 3 pm to 5 pm but package not delivered. After that its re-attempted next day with same timing but still received a message at 4:45 pm that we are unable to deliver your package. Now it’s on tomorrow but don’t feel like that i get it. I urgently need my parcel as it came from India.nNot to prefer next time this courier service. Very very bad experience. No body picking phone call which is given on their website. Don’t know how to contact them and how to get my parcels.
Sitting at home TWO DAYS in a row to get my parcel delivered. They messaged me saying that “we were unable to deliver your parcel”! The driver didn’t even bother to ring the door bell OR God forbid call my mobile! This is the most ridiculous service I’ve ever had! Customer service not available during weekends, of course! They just wasting my time, I wish I could pick up my parcel from somewhere!!!!!!!!
They are 1 week late with a delivery. I received a text message that they would be delivering today between 8 and 10 a.m.nno one arrived, no one been here.nat 10.00 i received a message saying they had a failed delivery attempt.nThis lot are late, and they lie. awful delivery service, i truly hope that the market forces them to be replaced by someone else.
