Absolutely poor service lied on first attempt of delivery that they couldn’t find my address, so re arranged to work address and said they had attempted but no one was there? Thats a joke lol no one came near my work place so re arranged 3rd time and they never came to deliver going onto the 4th time still no parcel delivered and customer service isnt no help whatsoever i don’t understand why companies use this company
Poor service, waiting for delivery window for my parcel since yesterday 1st December 2023, I didn't receive any parcel so I tracked it again and there is no update information about the reason why the parcel was not delivery to me.nI tried to contact them to find out why ,they will just keep you on waiting and cut off the call just like that after collecting your track number, they lack of experience and bad service.
I had booked a days holiday so I would be in to collect a parcel, I had been checking the track my parcel on the app which to be honest is useless! Why it doesn’t show you where the courier is I don’t know very frustrating approaching the estimated time of delivery and no update like you would get from say Royal Mail or DPD, to my frustration my parcel has not been delivered today and I’m yet to be told that it won’t be delivered today, I’ve just checked the app and the status has reverted back to ‘waiting to be delivered’ So I guess my parcel is not being delivered today what a pisstake. A days holiday booked for no reason at all!nnWill try to avoid like the plague in future!
Constantly waiting then they constantly rebook saying they’ve been and they haven’t been no where near mine joke
Awful company, failed to deliver on the day they advised. Next day I was given a time slot - then received a message to say they had attempted delivery 40 mins before time slot - even though I was in, actually sat in the front room. No delivery attempt made - absolute liars. Tried calling, on hold for over 40 mins. Gave up and got a refund and item returned to sender
