Staff were friendly and helpful when ordering Sandie anyway When thereafter having couch delivered discovered too big to fit up our block with the delivery staff causing and leaving holes in walls on two occasions. Now nearly a month on I'm still awaiting dwell customer services getting back to my countless calls and emails to update on my previously signed credit agreement and what if anything is happening next, as goods have never been delivered , constantly passed from pillar to post every single time we call . Atrocious service and I won't return or recommend them to a single soul . BEWARE ZERO AFTER SALES /RESOLUTION / CONTACT
I have been waiting on a refund of over £500 for over 2 weeks and its still not come. I have called the store and customer services 6 times to date, no resolution. Jennifer at the branch was very rude and uninterested when I spoke to her on the phone, telling me all about the things she couldn't do and nothing about what she could do. Called the duty manager on Monday, was advised would receive a call back same day, its now 3:30 on Wednesday and I am still waiting. Wouldn't use dwell again because of this. Customer service is non existent.
Dont buy anything from Sidcup. Messed up order. Got given 6 different delivery dates. Took a day off work and had a cancelled delivery as paperwork was wrong. I cancelled my order and took 15 phone calls to get refund from head office. Store staff in Sidcup also over-charged me for an item and then lied about it and refused to honour price. Spoke to head office and got told that from my complaint, they asked Sidcup and they denied it ever happened so complaint not upheld ! Company is an absolute shambles. Even got given 3 different numbers for head office just to call them.
Our modular sofa was supposed to be delivered to our business - but they made a mistake and took it to our home address instead. Instead of apologising, and driving 5 minutes down the road with us to deliver it to the correct address, they argued and refused to take it anywhere else, other than back to the depot in Milton Keynes! We are in Surrey. We were then told we had to pay £35 for redelivery. Many phone calls later, a "free" redelivery was arranged. But when this took place, they tried to deliver it to the wrong address AGAIN! When we unpackaged it, the "Ottoman" was not like the one we had been shown in the shop; the fabric, cushions & feet on 1 of the 3 items is slightly different to the other 2 - they have obviously changed supplier and we have been supplied 1 old and 2 new pieces.
Do not buy from dwell. Read the reviews on trust pilot. Our table that we paid a fortune for has the laminate peeling. Customer service is disgusting.
Ordered 2 bar stools in August and still have not got 2 perfect stools at the end of November - 5 stools have been delivered, stratched and dented and all had to go back, even though Dwell said they had Quality checked them all. customer service awful and I warn people to think twice about shopping here even though products are cheap i will not shop here again
two promised delivery dates have come & gone & now sofas have gone missing Sterling delivered a table, John Lewis a bed & Howdens managed to deliver a kitchen but Dwell blaming CoVid & Wincanton, as for customer service ? dreadful.
Really well presented store with attentive and friendly staff. The furniture we ordered arrived when they said and in excellent condition.
Great shopping experience in the Glasgow store. Fantastic customer service. Very helpful staff and lovely range of products.
