the absolute rudest staff ever. the lady at the counter was… ok. she had an awful attitude though when she gets mad. and the old guy in the waiting room was screaming at everyone, so rude, and inconsiderate. everyone waiting for their exam was shaking literally and we gave each other genuine looks of discomfort because of how this man was acting. i prepared weeks in advance for this exam and perfected it every time. but the staff made me so frightened and anxious, it resulted in me failing my test. i was already nervous to begin with. they didn’t help whatsoever and i was left overthinking whilst doing my exam.nthe guy who searched me before i started the exam though was lovely, genuinely the nicest person i’ve ever met. i’m not sure how he works with those two staff
Why are the staff so rude? This is my first time taking a theory test so naturally I have no idea what to expect. After I had finished my test I walked up to the desk with my key and license and a lady said “I didn’t call you up at all” with a disgusted look on her face. Absolutely uncalled for and rude. You know how this goes but most of us attending don’t. If possible I would recommend going to a different test centre as they cause you more stress than what’s it worth.
Very rude and inconsiderate people, I hope they get treated during their vulnerable moment the way they treat other people.nI had a test booked today for 5pm, got their 5:04pm and was turned back rudely by the lady on shift.nMy son had a medical emergency and I had to rush down for the test from Royal Bolton hospital only to be turned away rudely cos I was 4 minutes late.nVery unhappy and toxic people, I regretted ever booking the place in the first first cos I had to leave my son in the hospital only to be treated that way cos of a 4 minute lateness.
Me and my partner went to do our theory test today, the man who was giving people there numbers was very rude, he had a go at both of us saying we were late when we weren’t, and when we explained about traffic he blamed us even though we did set off 1 hour in advance. He was taking his bad mood out on everyone who was there as well, the staff behind the desk though where lovely and respectful
My daughter was left distraught yesterday. Her theory test was booked for 3pm and we set off with plenty of time in advance but there was heavy traffic and we had to travel all the way from Fleetwood, which made us 10 minutes late. We arrived upstairs at the test centre at the 15:10 and explained that heavy traffic made us late but they turned us away immediately with no other options. Bearing in mind, the actual room where the tests were taking place was near enough empty. We read the terms and conditions and nowhere does it say that we should get turned away if we’re late nor does it say anything about being late. The least they could have done is moved her to the next slot. This is unfair treatment which left my daughter devastated. All her money wasted for her to just be turned away. Very unhappy.
