Review of the Theory Test CentrennI had a great experience at the theory test centre today. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and helpful throughout the process. They made sure everything was well-organized and efficient. The cleanliness of the centre was outstanding—desks, toilets, and all facilities were spotless. The staff maintained a high standard of hygiene and professionalism, making the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. They also treated everyone with respect, ensuring a stress-free experience. Everything ran smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend this test centre to anyone taking their theory test.
Before visiting this place, I was curious why there weren’t more photos online. I had so many questions about the facilities and what to expect.nnYesterday, I went there for a theory test. As soon as I arrived, the staff asked me to switch off my phone, which explains why there are no photos of the inside.nnThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have lockers where you can store your personal belongings, and they clearly explain everything you need to know — I understood it all easily, even though it was my first time there. The atmosphere inside was calm and stress-free.nnThe computers were clean and easy to use. They also provide tissues and hygiene items if you need them. Everything was well-organized and ran smoothly.nnAfter completing the test, they print your results right away. I recommend bringing a plastic cover to protect your results from getting torn, dirty, or wet — especially if you only have a small purse or bag.
They are not mindful of how they treat people, be aware that if you have any form of disability whether mentally or physically, there is neither the access nor support. A theory test centre with no parking and so far away, but my closest. Just a waste of time, other venues must have a better standard. I'm hoping this is the only centre with less than good expectations. Also when is a cold day it would be nice for the air-conditioning in the centre to not me so cold I need a coat, of which you're not allowed so catching a cold is mandatory. Ridiculous and cruel.nNot recommending this place at all, sorry but not sorry.
When I arrived, they asked if I wanted to take the test early. During the exam, there were constant distractions—people laughing, finishing early, and making noise, including the staff. It was hard to focus. There were even arguments between staff and test-takers, and someone leaned over me, getting too close and watching me. The hazard test felt like a scam. I paid for the updated version and had been practicing on that, passing at home, but the actual exam was nothing like it. It felt like just a way to make money!

The staff were professional and helpful, making sure everything ran on time.nnThe test centre itself was clean, well-organized, and provided a quiet environment, which really helped with concentration. Lockers were available for personal belongings, and everything felt well-managed.nnOverall, it was a stress-free and positive experience. If you come prepared, you’ll have no problems here. Would definitely recommend this centre for taking your theory test!
