Very clean and reception helped wither the booking Security check was made easy everything explained clearly before starting the test
Nice place to do my test. Staff were helpful and friendly and it was efficiently run. Only quible was that the address takes you to a block of flats with the entrance next door. The actual doorway for this was 15 metres to the left. Very poorly signed. Apart from that, all good
not sure about all the other negative reviews, the two women working there were both lovely and polite, it really helped to calm my nerves before my theory test.
I did my theory test at the end of January here and contrary to older reviews, the two ladies running the centre were both lovely. Their instructions were clear and understandably some people feel uncomfortable with the strict test conditions the centre has to uphold, but that's DVSA rules not the centre itself. They were polite and I felt at ease doing my test here, so much so that I passed with a perfect score. Hopefully I never have to do my theory again but I'd come back here if I had to! Don't be put off by other reviews.
I was a bit apprehensive after reading old reviews, so I wanted to say that the lady I met at the centre who checked my son in for his test was very kind. It's so important when dealing mainly with nervous teenagers. I would recommend this venue.
