Story

Established 1967, providing NHS family dental care and quality private dental care including cosmetic treatments, crowns, bridges and dentures. We have 6 young and enthusiastic dentists at our main site in Duston and operate with our sister second site in the nearby St. Crispins development. Our hygienists can carry out scaling and polishing, plus stain removal and treatment for gum disease.

I have been a patient of DDP for a number of years now and have seen a couple of different dentists.  Each one has been very friendly and taken the time to explain what they are doing and why, as well as providing me with all options if treatment has been required.  I would be happy to recommend this practice.

stars! I recently had my first experience at Duston Dental Practice with Dr Staincliffe and it was a very comforting experience. This is unusual for me because I typically have a great deal of anxiety about dental care due to my sensitivity to pain and my poor experiences with other dentists in the past. The friendly staff and welcoming environment put me at ease and Dr Staincliffe was very gentle and professional. I feel like he really listened to me and I am actually looking forward to working with him in the future. I would definitely recommend him and Dustin Dental to my friends and family!

I have had ongoing issues with teeth which has resulted in numerous bookings for fillings.

My appointment was at 16:50 however the traffic was extremely bad. I called the practice at 16:57 to explain I was running late but was approx. 3 minutes away to which the receptionist responds ' everyone is allowed up to 10 minutes after the appointment time but after that it is down to the dentist as to whether he will see you'

I arrived at reception at 17:03 after running up the road as they have no parking! The receptionist then told me I would have to rebook as they can't see me now!

I was 13 minutes late due to bad traffic on a45 and my dentist refused to see me. Even though I am in pain with teeth and was being charged £100 for a filling.

I suppose the fact they close at 5:30 means the dentist didn't want to stay late

This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the practice. I will be going to a private dentist who treats me like a humanbeing and understands that things can happen which result in patients being late!

At duston dental practice you are treated like another number on a page that they have to process within an alotted time!

      Duston Dental Practice have change completely my attitude to dentists :)

Thanks to Sam & Trish  I am not afraid any more to do regular check ups and ANY kind of dentist work with me. Sam is unbelievable good!!! If I could I will never ever change my dentist for anyone else in the whole world. Sam - you are the best :)

Very professional & no pain = the best Dentals Practice that I used so far in my 38 years old life ( due to travel, I have  a “privilege “ to visit different dentist around EU and believe me, they are differed people and different standards, even in UK...)
Receptions Crew - cannot ask for better service :) so friendly.
Never have any problems, I am always happy to be back :)
Very strongly recommended.

Priyesh Patel an insolent practician, Priyesh did not even attempt to listen to why I actually made the appointment and what sufferings I'm going through. I found his his attitude appalling. He arranged an appointment 2 weeks later. but I had to make another appointment a day later as I was suffering from pain. at my second appointment as soon as I walked into his clinic Priyesh again would not listen, instead he raised his voice, I felt threatened being in the room with him, I got so afraid I was stuttering and could not speak a word. In the end I had to walk out for my own safety. 
Finally having asked for a second opinion and after 3 appointments made in 4 days to resolve my issue, I am glad to say the second practician actually carried out an examination, she has scheduled me in for two sittings and also carried out a temporary treatment which has helped my pain go away, in fact my work collogues have approached me and mentioned they have noticed the swelling has gone down.
