There was a blonde guy in a black security outfit that was extremely sexisttowards my friend, insisting that she she wasn't allowed in the female bathroom just because she had short hair.
Buses just pull into any bay that's vacant and not into the gate which have the bus times and routes shown. If you trust the information board then you risk missing your bus. Even off peak on a Monday afternoon the place is packed out.
Now that I have been to the new bus station and it's a bit similar to Newcastle Eldon's Square, why I rated it 2 stars is because one, the toilets should be free and not paid and second is because one time me and my mum were at the bus station and some disgusting guy was spitting on the floor and security didn't remove him from the bus station, I would recommend having more security to deal with these behaviours.
Absoulute disgraceful all toilets out of use for cleaning cleaners stood chatting for 20 minutes its bad enough you have to pay pay to use them then my wife who is disabled got told you have to go to town centre to get a key which is totally out of order
Security dosent do much to stop drug addicts and chavs causing fights including kids and adults.
