Fantastic selection of food stuff, mainly for dogs. Frozen, dried, and chilled stuff at competitive prices. Be warned this is a processing unit on site, so the smell can be strong, especially on a warm day. Visited today for the first time with my service dog in training. Staff were amazing with listening to how and when to approach her and very helpful with recommendations and purchasing. HRH Able Mabel loved her visit here and only eats raw since coming to live with us, her condition speaks for itself!

Lee and his team have supplied awesome quality and value for money raw pet food for many years. Great product knowledge too. Drivers are the most polite and humerus you will ever meet, and really helpful. Always on time too. Highly recommend
Have used DAF for 18 months - until very poorly dogs. At first we ordered the standard range until large pieces of bone were found which caused issues for our Pointers who suffered with constipation and white stools. They specify 15% on standard range but from our experience this cannot be true. Next we moved onto meat free, more expensive but the quality superior. Over the next 17 months or so we had a few batches which seemed to be a little bit off, stronger odor than normal, colour inconsistency etc. Our dogs were fine apart from the odd poorly stomach. However things took a turn for the worse when we served our dogs what turned out to be our final batch with DAF. At first our dogs ate it later refusing the raw meat - alarm bells began ringing at this point. After initially eating the meat both were very very poorly with food poisonings, one with stomach pumping required. After multiple expensive trips to the vet we contacted DAF. The customer service was the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. We asked them for collection to take lab samples to check for bacteria. Eventually they collected x2 454g packets and the outcome was "our office dog has eaten it and seems to be fine, not sure what's wrong with yours" - the lack of empathy or emotional intelligence is outstanding. I would share the email by photo but I'll save the employee's embarrassment. Currently going through lab testing with saved packets they refused to reimburse us for - a box and a half approx. 20 packets. A legal case will be started in due course once initial harmful bacteria found has been verified on second testing. Do not use this company, I would not wish our final experience with them on anybody.
Durham Animal Feeds have gone above and beyond today! I am a long serving customer and I have never been disappointed with their delivery service, orders have always been spot on and their customer service is 5 star. Always happy to help with a warm and friendly disposition. Today Durham Animal Feeds changed my order delivery address at the last minute when I was poorly. They made me feel comfortable with the inconvenience I must have been causing and my order was successfully delivered by another lovely guy with a friendly smile to the alternative address which was in a totally different town and area code. What is going on with your food? My dogs are literally jumping up the bunker at feeding time! I’ve never seen them so excited! first time buying and deffo be placing another order this week! What have you do to my dogs She won’t even look up
Bought some raw venison meat-only product. Each block is full of large pieces of bone. When contacted about this issue the company was not interested or helpful. Plenty of other brands available, disappointing customer service.
Been using Durham for a while now and have to say the quality of the food is excellent, good communication on deliveries too. Had an issue with a delivery recently and it was dealt with just how Customer service should. Would recommend Durham animal feeds for its customer service alone!
Have just received the Xmas meals look really great my 2 very happy on durham if they are happy I am delivery spot on driver very polite and friendly can't fault them
Very narrow to get in with an articulated vehicle but once you're in there the guys will see your trailer very very quickly couldn't ask for more
